Choco-Coco-Nuts Protein Bombs

In my quest to take high protein low-carb meal, I made this protein-packed snack bombs that will curve my cravings without making a lot of sacrifices.


 Here is what I put together:

8 squares of dark chocolate (70%)
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup walnuts crushed
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup ground walnut
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup coconut chips
1/4 cup toasted coconut 


First, melt the chopped chocolate with the almond milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until creamy consistency. Add the remaining ingredients. Scoop 1/8 cup of the mixture and refrigerate until firm. Roll into balls and dust with chocolate powder. Keep in the mason jars.
