Power Booster Breakfast Duo

Spinach is not only high in fiber but a good source of calcium and antioxidant. Perfect to serve for active kids, no wonder Popeye needs it to be strong! The fruit shake gives lot of vitamin c and also antioxidant properties.




Spinach and Cheese Omelette


3 eggs
2 cups baby spinach, chopped
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
oil or butter for frying


Scramble eggs and add remaining ingredients. Fry until firm.


Mixed Fruit Shake


1 cup strawberry
1/2 cup berry
1 kiwi, sliced
2 piece banana
200 ml pineapple juice
honey to sweetened
a little ice
1 small yogurt  



Mixed altogether in a blender.
